Statement of Rights

Full and non-restricted health care coverage is to be granted for all citizens of The United States of America regardless of age, race, color, religion, income, or social status. The opportunity to receive full and complete medical and mental health care is henceforth to be deemed a privilege of right to be enjoyed by all people as one under the flag of our nation. No treatment should be denied or any one person disallowed access to any medical or mental health care treatment, so that we, the people of this sovereign country may given a chance to live a full and healthy life.

Amendment 1: It is unlawful to restrict efforts to control or cure illness whether medical or mental illness on the basis of financial liability.

Amendment 2: Mental Health Care Coverage and Treatment Is hereby recognized as bearing equal status and standing as Medical Health Care Coverage and Treatment.

Amendment 3: No citizen or person legally immigrated to this great nation be denied due process of diagnosis, confirmation, and treatment as needed.

Amendment 4: No medication to be denied to any individual on basis of cost or economic burdens.

Amendment 5: Guardianship of the elderly be given priority as to care both medical and mental health and considered a base necessity to improve the quality of life.

Amendment 6: All medical procedures and evaluations are to be based on necessity due to illness, injury, or mental health and not financial considerations.

Amendment 7: Mental healthscreening to offered and implemented as part of a complete standard physical and be made available to all regardless of prior history or current conditions.

Amendment 8: That all insurance programs or supplements be required to fully define the extent of all policy coverage in plain everyday layman speak. No term shall be left unclear or unsaid regardless of magnitude or simplicity.

Amendment 9: That all insurance programs be made to offer complete and fully defined mental health care coverage regardless of personal, family or other history.

Amendment 10: No medical and mental health care is procedure to be denied in any part on the basis of cost alone.
